Dr. Alexis Goss
Nurse Practitioner
DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Dr. Alexis Goss is a highly accomplished, doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner, holding dual board certifications in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has earned two master’s degrees and a doctorate, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing holistic, evidence-based care across both physical and mental health disciplines.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Goss has practiced in diverse settings — including Level One emergency trauma, outpatient clinics, crisis stabilization units, and comprehensive skilled nursing facilities. She is passionately dedicated to trauma-informed care providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and innovative support that acknowledges the impact of life experiences and systemic barriers on overall health.
Her approach emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and personalized treatment, empowering individuals to achieve lasting emotional and physical wellness. Dr. Goss remains steadfast in her mission to deliver care that is holistic, equitable, and rooted in integrity.

Dr. Chemar Davis
Medical Director
Dr. Davis is a compassionate, board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in both academic research and complex clinical environments. He specializes in addiction psychiatry and the treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (dual diagnosis).
Informed by his deep research into the neurobiology of psychiatric conditions, Dr. Davis provides an evidence-based approach to care. His background includes specialized training from the University of South Florida in addressing Health Disparities, which grounds his commitment to providing culturally competent and equitable care to all patients. This unique combination of expertise allows him to offer a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to managing complex psychiatric needs.
