Our psychiatric evaluations are in-depth, 60-minute assessments where we take the time to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. During this session, we provide education on your diagnosis, explore potential treatment options, and develop a personalized care plan to help you feel your best.
Medication Management
For those already receiving treatment, our medication management appointments offer ongoing support in 15-30-minute sessions. We carefully monitor your progress, address any concerns, and adjust medications as needed to ensure the best possible outcome.
Pharmacogenetic Testing
Discover a personalized approach to medication management through our pharmacogenetic testing service. This advanced genetic test analyzes how your body metabolizes and responds to psychiatric medications, helping us make more informed, effective treatment decisions tailored to your unique biology.

Alexis Goss is a highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner, holding dual board certifications in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has earned two master’s degrees, reflecting her dedication to providing exceptional care across both physical and mental health disciplines. With over 18 years of experience in the medical field, Alexis has worked extensively in outpatient psychiatric clinics and inpatient psychiatry, managing severe mental illness across diverse populations.
Her clinical expertise includes a broad range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder, insomnia, ADHD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Alexis is committed to providing compassionate, innovative care, deeply attuned to the effects of racial, cultural, and economic barriers on mental health. She is dedicated to breaking down these obstacles to improve overall well-being and ensure equitable, compassionate care for all individuals.
