"She was took the time out to actually hear my complaint. Instead of treating the symptoms she treated the underlying problem. Thats what set her apart. Most doctors treat the running nosebor headache but do not take the time out to find what caused the symptoms."
Cape Coral, Florida
"Alexis created a supportive learning environment where I felt encouraged to ask questions and grow in my skills. Her ability to connect real-world clinical practice with evidence-based teaching gave me the confidence to transition from student to provider. She is an outstanding preceptor and role model."

Have a question?
We specialize in medication management and brief psychotherapy for adults 18 and older, delivered through secure virtual telepsychiatry.
We help with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, women’s mental health, and veterans’ issues. Each plan is personalized to your needs.
We serve adults across Florida, with a focus on those navigating trauma, women’s mental health (including perinatal/postpartum support), and veterans/military families.
Your first visit will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we review your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan, which may include medication, therapy, or both.
We carefully prescribe and monitor medications, adjusting as needed to ensure safety, effectiveness, and your overall well-being. Follow-up visits allow us to track your progress and make changes as necessary.
Brief psychotherapy is focused, short-term counseling that uses evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you develop practical coping strategies and achieve your goals.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late-canceled appointments are subject to a $50 fee.
We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911. Veterans can call 988 and press 1, or 1-844-MyFLVet for veteran-specific support.
