We accept most major insurance carriers and strive to make mental health care accessible to you. To ensure a smooth process, please upload a clear copy of your insurance card (front and back) in the client portal.
Initial Evaluation: $195
Follow-Up Appointments: $135
Before scheduling an appointment, we strongly encourage you to verify your insurance benefits, including any out-of-pocket costs. If a claim is submitted on your behalf and not covered by your insurance, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
At this time, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Please check with your insurance provider for alternative mental health care options.
How do I verify my insurance benefits?
You can call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask about mental health telehealth coverage. We recommend confirming:
- If psychiatric medication management is covered
- Your copay or deductible amounts
- Whether a referral is required
What if my insurance denies my claim?
If your insurance denies a claim, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We can provide documentation if you wish to appeal the claim with your provider.
Do you offer sliding-scale fees?
We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need. If you’re facing financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to discuss affordable options to support your access to care.
Can I pay with a credit card or HSA/FSA account?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed. However, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments that are missed or canceled without a 24-hour notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting to be seen. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
